FEIAA Executive Forum Training May 22 at GWU
The 28th annual FEIAA Executive Forum will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at The George Washington University. Sponsored by the Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association (FEIAA) and the Federal Executive Institute (FEI), this training program offers an outstanding lineup of FEI faculty and executive coaches. This training program is designed to provide a sampling of the experience of attending FEI’s four-week world-renowned Leadership for a Democratic Society program.
The theme of the 2013 FEIAA Executive Forum is “Your Leadership Legacy.” Effective leaders look for ways to build enduring legacies, and the Executive Forum offers a unique opportunity to renew and reenergize your leadership expertise.
Our speakers include Dr. Greg Gifford, FEI faculty member, who will introduce participants to the powerful “Immunity to Change” model developed by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey of Harvard University, and Dr. Suzanne Logan, director of FEI, who will speak on “The Legacy of FEI”.
As an added bonus, FEIAA is pleased to provide each enrollee with copies of books by two of our speakers—Leadership Conversations: Challenging High Potential Managers to Become Great Leaders by Alan Berson and the just-published Getting Innovation Right: How Leaders Leverage Inflection Points to Drive Success by Seth Kahan.
This training program is open to executives, managers and supervisors, as well as aspiring leaders in your organization. Contractors who work for government agencies are also welcome. The affordable enrollment rates are: $450 per person ($375 per person for members of FEIAA) or $350 per person for groups of 5 or more.Continental breakfast and lunch are also included in the enrollment fee.
