This Week on FEDtalk: Developing and Engaging the Workforce with FMA

The Federal Managers Association (FMA) will host its 78th annual National Convention & Management Training Seminar from March 13 – 16 of this year.

With sessions ranging from teaching the skills managers need to create an inclusive environment and productive workforce, to specific ways in which hiring managers can use a variety of resources to recruit and ensure diverse and quality hires, this year’s theme centers on training federal leaders to better develop and engage the workforce overall.
