The Costs & Benefits of Telework for Feds

Over 1 million federal employees are eligible for utilize telework capabilities, but what are the costs and benefits of this option for the federal agencies they work in?

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) looked at six agencies and identified reported benefits and costs related to telework programs in addition to some key resources agencies can use to help calculate benefits and costs associated with their telework programs.
