EEOC Releases First Revision to MD-110 in Fifteen Years
In August, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) approved the first revision of its Management Directive 110 (MD-110) since 1999.
MD-110 now contains updated Commission policies, procedures, and guidance on the federal sector complaint process, and reflects new developments in case law.
The updated MD-110 also includes changes required after EEOC amended its regulations governing the federal sector EEO process in 2012, and also reflects public comments provided to the draft revisions released in February 2014.
