Presidential Management Alumni Association Announces ‘Couchella’

This is uncharted territory for everyone - massive school closings, mandatory telework, travel bans, cancelled sporting events, closed restaurants. The next few weeks will feel challenging and a bit surreal. As we adjust to this new normal, we know many of you are feeling disconnected, anxious, and out of your element. That's why PMAA is stepping up to provide you with access to information and tools to help you make this transition seamlessly, while still feeling engaged with your community.

Introducing...Couchella! (Yes, we went there.)

Couchella is a series of free, interactive webinars for PMAA members and federal employees. PMAA recognizes the importance of staying engaged and learning new skills, as well as the critical role of social distancing as part of the public health response. To balance those needs, we're offering two virtual sessions each week, each on a different topic. Couchella sessions will feature expert speakers in a variety of areas, including: Work from Home Strategies, Project Management, Budget Planning, New Technologies for Customer Service, and more.

We're kicking things off this Wednesday, at 1PM ET, with "Confessions of a Work from Home Pro."  Rob Pegoraro, a contributor to USA Today, Fast Company, Wirecutter and more, will offer his tips, tricks, and hacks for mastering your new telework situation.

Registration for these sessions is capped at 100 and is first come, first served. Check out our website for the full schedule and registration information.
